For sale is a set, (eight bolts for two blocks) of lifter block bolts. These have ¼-20 threads, and work on EVO, motors. I think late model Shovelhead motors also had this size thread with lifter blocks that had a counter bore instead of a countersink. You should verify if that is what you need.
