UPDATE. THE MAN I GOT THIS FROM SAID IT WAS RUNNING FINE WHEN HE QUIT RIDING IT. THE BATTERY WENT MISSING AND BY THE TIME HE GAVE IT TO ME HIS KEY WAS LOST. I DO HAVE THE PROPER KEY NOW.
IT LOOKS LIKE SOME WIRES WAS YANKED OUT WHEN THE BATTERY GOT STOLE. I KNOW ABSOLUTLY NOTHING ABOUT ONE OF THESE.
I have for trade a non running year unknown Yellow and Black Romeo scooter for trade or sale..
UPDATE THERE ARE ONLY 535 MILES ON THIS.
It does not have a battery. It was dropped I think and has several contusion but is still a good looking scooter. I would trade this for a riding mower that worked good. I do not have a title for this and I do not know if one is reqired. I do have a key for it. It probably will run ok because he got rid of it after he dropped it and bought a convertable.
