A dozen PA-equipped studios are available for band rehearsals, auditions, livestreams, music video/photo shoots, dance/music/acting classes, theater rehearsal, small group meetups, dj practice and more.

Choose between hourly rates and monthly memberships.

65 Private Studios w 24/7 access are also part of the facility and can be leased long or short-term. Private studios can be finished spaces or raw warehouses. Some have windows and others do not. They come in a huge variety of sizes, from 100sq ft up to 3000sq ft each, with the most common being approx 300 sq ft for a 5-6 piece band, for approx $450 down and same per month.

Facility offers a ton of amenities including full bar/lounge with outdoor courtyard, recording studios, onsite rentals (drumkits, amps, guitars, stands, lights, photo gear...), gear storage, 3 sound stages, 4 mirrored dance studios, eclectic locations for music videos/livestreams/photos, tourbus-friendly parking w 3 lots, ground level loading/freight elevator, and more.

HOURLY RATES:
- $20 - 5 Medium Studios 18'x18'
- $30 - 3 Large Studios 26'x18' - 52'x14'
- $40 - 5 XL Studios 1,800-3,000 sq ft each
- $70 - Recording: tracking, mixing, mastering with house engineers

Open 1-11pm daily. Rehearsal Walk-ins welcome between 1-8:30pm daily, space permitting. Private rooms are accessible 24/7.
Recording sessions with engineer must be booked in advance, with 50% deposit.

MONTHLY GROUP MEMBERSHIP RATES:
- $250 - Medium Studios (5 rooms to use)
- $350 - Large Studios (8 rooms to use)
- $450 - XL Studios (13 rooms to use)
Unlimited time 1-11pm daily. Start anytime, runs for 30 days with no commitment. Storage included.

MONTHLY SOLO MEMBERSHIP RATES:
- $125 - Medium Studios (5 rooms to use)
- $200 - XL Studios (13 rooms to use, 4 mirrored for dancers)

PRIVATE 24/7 STUDIO RATES:
Many sizes available with different rates. Choose between:
- $350+ - Small Studio (Comfortable for 1-3 people)
- $450+ - Medium (Comfortable for 1-7 people)
- $650+ - Large (Great for larger groups, classes, photos/video/art, 2 bands sharing, etc)
