Responsible for handling the fundamental aspects of the company financial record keeping, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. Also responsible for handling the ordering of raw materials and arranging shipments to customers
Prepare financial statements and reports, including the profit and loss statement and balance sheet
Pay bills and maintain ledgers
Make bank deposits and receipts of money.
Reconcile bank accounts & credit cards
Provide inventory support, maintaining office materials and supplies.
Receive requests for materials and equipment and prepare purchase orders accordingly.
Transmit purchase orders directly to vendors for purchases.
Sales Order Entry
Arranging all incoming and outgoing shipments.
MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH QUICKBOOKS.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BOOKKEEPING ROLE
Experience with excel and Microsoft office
Ability to Multi-Task
Be organized and dependable
