Spring-loaded rubber mounts to isolate vibrations. These were for mounting air-compressors on an air-lift conversion to my car. I chose to solid mount them because I went side-ways with them and not vertical. One head is broken off the mounting bolt and will need to be replaced. Rubber boots fit through a 20MM hole.
