Previous owner left their stuff in the house and it needs to be cleaned out which will be the buyers responsibility. Also, buyer will be responsible for all inspections / due diligence. I purchased the house as is and am selling it as is. When I walked through it prior to purchase, it looked like it needed a new hot water heater, but I have not had a formal inspection.
Since posting about this house, a few people have seen it and reported mold and water damage in the basement. Treatment and repairs will be the new owners responsibility.
