I’m looking for housing. I am looking to rent to own or rent a house. I have bad or low credit basically. I do not party nor go out much. I am staying at my little brothers house and I have money for first month rent and as well I have deposit money. I have stable income and I will need to bedroom space for my kids. I have no pets and I’m a non smoker. I’m looking to find a place before I start schooling while I work.
I am looking around Saint Louis. Prefer South Co.
