Searching for warehouse space for food truck(s) (St. Louis county)

I am looking to lease an indoor climate controlled space for 1, soon to be 2, food trucks. They are tall, so the drive-in must be 12+ feet tall. Inside, I would need to install 30 amp 120v dedicated outlets to charge the truck(s). Please reach out if you know of anything. Ideally the place would be within a 15min drive of Creve Coeur.
