Do not rent to this guy. He destroyed our room, and left a large unpaid balance. The icing on the cake he infested my house with bed bugs. He lived here for 3 months knowing he had them and said nothing until we kicked him out for non payment. He thought this was funny to do this to the very people who as trying to help him. His on family won't let him stay with them, I wonder why. He says he's not on drugs... he smokes pot, is on methadone, and acts like he is on methamphetamine most of the time. He will pay his bill the first month, after that he will make broken promises and never pay. Behind your back he will move out leaving you with nothing but problems. How someone can sleep with bugs biting them all night is beside me.
