Fully furnished House in Granite city looking to rent out a room or two. One room is 550$ (smaller) the other is 650$ (larger master) includes everything. This place is great for students. Truckers if you need a room while you’re on the road I have ya covered too. Room is furnished with brand new queen beds and TVs. Two bathroom home. Two cats and two dogs on property. No more pets needed. Both dogs are very friendly and small. Cats keep to themselves. All animals get along just fine. Looking for someone that needs a quiet place to regroup as they go to school or during winter break or just needs to get away from their situation and start a new.

6month month-to-month preferred.

This place is protected by two city cameras that are videotaping at all times. If you’re into something shady or into hard drugs, this is probably not the best place for you to reside.
Everything is included with Rent. That includes Wi-Fi electric/gas, water, trash, washer dryer on premises

Utilities are included in monthly rent.
