$150/week with a $200 deposit. I have been renting to people out of town for work for weeks or a few months at a time. I am considering renting for long term. Please send a picture of your drivers licence. Upon approval, I will need to see 2 most recent check stubs and a drivers license.

I have WiFi, all utilities included, dish soap, laundry detergent, and condiments, like mustard, ketchup, salt, pepper and spices etc... The room has a 40 inch tv with about 50 local channels. It has a 33 inch refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom is yours so you will be responsible for keeping it clean. We can both clean the kitchen. I don't see that many people during the week bc I work from home so, you are welcome to watch a movie with me as I will enjoy your company. Oh, and I am the only one that lives here.

No dogs

You need a car. There is no bus stops around me
