The entire upper floor would be dedicated to the right person, this includes full bath, 2 bedrooms, office and living room area with ample windows throughout. The house is located in a private subdivision as well, so the only traffic on the road is for owners within the subdivision. Privacy (5-10 acres for each house), wild life and small town living make this a unique opportunity for the right fit. You must be clean, driven, fun to be around and ok with my dog. Sorry, no other pets aloud. I am a white 40s male, successful, like to stay fit, and fun to be around as well. I work from home, so I will usually be here as FYI.
