Free rent in exchange for general housekeeping and other small duties. Must be nonsmoking, employed female or student over 30 years old with own transportation, references, and like lovable dogs. Small home in South County. You will have a small area for personal belongings and must fit into my home. I am an active, clean, retired gentleman who wishes to devote more time to my passions, and taking time out to clean is not one of them. I am eccentric, educated, and fun, and love nature and all consciousness. Think of the those who wave to others, jam on tunes without caring what others think while driving, and ride their shopping carts back to their car, and prefer trees over most people.

No guests or other pets allowed, and no drama. We all have histories, but that does not mean we need to bring it into the present.
