we are in a tight spot due to my father passing not to long ago, so we're renting out a room in the upstairs, its has full kitchen an bathroom that you would shared with me john age 36 an my grandmother joan age 88 we have a full home security system with cameras at every corner of the house an on the garage on flat screen TV in the kitchen so you can see at all times an its on TV down stairs also we have full living room that needs a lil finishing up but its still usable, or we have a whole basement that currently in the works of getting fixed slowly but due to no money its taking longer than expected plus our gas is shut off currently cause we have to find small leak an fix it before they will turn it back on but we do have 190,000 btu heater that keeps house warm you can either have room upstairs or the whole basement for privacy but there's no hot water or working dryer since gas is shit off currently if you have any questions feel free to ask show contact info
