Water, electric, wifi, Tv (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime video), trash, in-unit laundry, back yard and security system included with rent. Other bedroom can be used as guest bedroom and can be shared for family/friends. Can have one bathroom as a private bathroom if preferred. I have an available bed if needed. All other furnishing must be provided by yourself. Common areas in house will be shared. Street or back of house parking. Cat already in house but more are welcomed. Sadly, no dogs.
