The south-facing bedroom is available in this unique 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment, and it is definitely something you won't want to pass up! Located in a historic, newly renovated building in the ever-growing Botanical Heights neighborhood, with gardens available for use outside.
We have in-unit laundry, central AC, dishwasher, Internet (no cable, but open to it), etc. Good street parking, and one space in the back that we alternate use of each week. Laundry room can be used as an office. The complex is pet-friendly, with room for a dog or cat. Water, sewer and trash included in rent. Utilities and internet are approximately $275 per month, which we'd split. (rent + utilities/internet = $1,260 = $630/mo per person)
Just buildings from Union Loafers, places like Olio, Elaia, Nixta, Chouquette, Missouri Botanical Gardens, Tower Grove Park, and much more are only a walk away. Being downtown, it’s also a quick drive to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Basically all the amenities of living in a city without having to worry about a big commute. Public transportation is available as well!
Late 20’s female. Enthusiastic educator and extracurricular coach, so an early-to-bed-early-to-rise type on weekdays (and a bit of a hermit on weekends). Animal-lover and open to pets, but I frequently work 12-hour days so would not be around much to help with pet(s) during the week. Lover of coffee, art, gardening, books and video games.
Looking for respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible about rent, bills and tidying (we split everything 50/50, and currently have cleaning schedules in place as well). Perfect for a young professional, grad student, etc. Female roommate required. Must be okay with weekend Xbox binges in the living room. Bonus points if you’re into exploring farmers markets, parks and the city in general! Double bonus if you have Prime Pantry. Triple bonus if you have some living room furniture as my previous roommate had supplied the couches and will take them when she moves out.
If interested in the apartment, the landlord requires that you submit an application for residency. They will conduct a criminal, credit, and background check as well as verify employment and residency. 630 credit score minimum. They require all occupants to make 3x the monthly rental amount, collectively.
Apartment will be available around mid-April. I would like to renew the lease for another year around that time.
If you need an amazing apartment w/ all the amenities at an affordable price, and want awesome access to the Botanical Heights and Downtown area, this is the perfect place for you! Looking forward to hearing from you.
