I have a small two bedrooms house to share coming soon for females. Maybe in a week or two. I had a lot of people reply, but I had some family issues come up and everyone messages got deleted somehow. It's an older house in north St.Louis City, near Jennings station Rd. The room is next to the kitchen and front room. Females was just renting the room temporary,so have to fix/remodel some things first. I'm a straight black male in my early 50s. I don't have a lot of company much. Sometimes I have a couple females friends come over and help me clean and cook. I cook for the people on Sundays and sometimes in the middle of the week day. I prefer trusting, down to earth females. We'll talk about rent price after you contact me. We can do monthly or weekly. I'm working part time, and do side jobs sometimes. I'm putting this out there ahead of time,so we can get to know each other more. Let me know if you have furniture or not when you contact me. So if you need somewhere to stay before the date, I'll try to get it done. I just wanted it to look better. You can come over and take a look or we can video chat.
