House features: hardwood floors, basement storage, free (new) washer and dryer, street parking or backyard parking available, super fast internet, 5-10 min drive or 10-15 min bike ride to Wash U, 3 min drive or 10 minute walk to Clayton restaurants, nearby public transport, garage for bike storage, full workout room in basement, AC and Furnace are 3 years old, hot water heater is 4 years old, all new windows are 2 years old, new dishwasher, shared bathroom renovated 1yr ago, and if you couldn’t tell by the description or pictures, very responsive home-owner/landlord

One housemate graduated from Wash U and has continued to live and work in the U City area for the last five years - about 4.5 years in this house. 2nd housemate has lived here the last three years and will be starting his fourth of five years of grad school at Wash U in psychology. We are quiet and clean and do not host parties here. We do not smoke.
