There is a waiting list for spots but buying a camper puts you 1st. Coffeen Lake is 1 hour from St Louis about 10 miles north of Greenville, IL. It is a 2300 acre lake and one of the best fishing lakes close to St Louis.

The camper is usable as is. It is pullable with newer wheel bearings and tires. It has sat most of its life. The upholstery is nice and the AC, refrigerator and range top all work. At this price expect some issues. Priced to sell at $2000
