Pay ranges from $20.50 - $22.50 based on experience!
$3/night shift differential & $1/weekend shift differential
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Flight Coordinor is responsible for receiving emergent and non-emergent telephone requests for pient transport. The Flight Coordinor is responsible for the assignment of the most approprie air unit to serve the customer’s request through the utilizion of a Computer Aided Dispch (CAD) system. The Flight Coordinor is the primary connection between the Flight Team and the resources they require to perform their transport. They serve as the central hub for cross-functional communicions support between the Aviion, Maintenance, Operions, Clinical and Administrive departments. The Flight Coordinor will demonstre proficiency with all the approprie job-reled tools to include but not limited to the utilizion of a Computer Aided Dispch (CAD) system, mapping software, communicions equipment, multi-line telephone systems, and digital recording equipment.

FLIGHT COORDINATOR JOB/PAY STEPS
• 0-90 Days: Flight Coordinor Trainee - $19.50/hour initial hire re.
• 90 + Days: Flight Coordinor I – which includes a $1.00/hr increase upon successful completion of Flight Coordinor training and manager evaluion.
• 180 – 365+ Days: Flight Coordinor II – which includes a $1.00/hr increase upon sisfactory demonstrion of advanced competency and independent function.
NOTE: Part-time requires a minimum of 48 hours per pay period.
