We’re hiring Cannabis Cultivation Technicians for our growing facility in the St. Charles area, and we’re looking for hard-working, detail-focused team members ready to build a future in Missouri’s medical cannabis industry.

Pay & Benefits
- Starting wage: $17/hour
- $20/hour after 90 days, based on performance and reliability

🌱 Job Responsibilities
- Daily plant care: watering, pruning, defoliation, transplanting
- Harvesting and post-harvest processes
- Sanitation and facility cleanliness
- Accurate tracking and recordkeeping
- Following SOPs, health & safety, and state compliance rules
🕔 Schedule Requirements
- Must have FULL availability from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 7 days a week
- Weekend work as needed
- This is a physically intensive job requiring full days on your feet, lifting, bending, and repetitive work in a controlled agricultural environment
✅ Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Experience with farm labor, landscaping, or cultivation a plus
- Willing to work in a regulated, structured environment
- Must be 21+ and able to pass all state background checks
- No cannabis experience required—we train the right attitude
