I am a 50 year old single male in search of a fairly economical room or basement apartment in the greater St. Louis or Southern ILLINOIS area. Preferred areas would include St. Charles, Chesterfield, South County, West County, Webster Groves or Soulard. Though I’m not limited to those areas. I’d prefer not to sign a lease though I’m not adverse to paying a reasonable deposit.
I’m very easy to get a long with. I work mainly late afternoons and evenings and travel semi regularly. I have a small dog. He is very friendly and generally gets along well with other dogs. Having been a landlord before myself, I’m well aware of the importance of being clean and paying rent on time.
