C&D General Contractors is a fast-growing roofing and exterior restoration company serving the St. Louis area. We are looking for highly motivated, driven individuals who are hungry to make serious money and grow with a strong company.
This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk job. We are looking for hustlers — people who are confident talking to homeowners, willing to work outdoors, and motivated by performance and opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- Knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners and generate leads
- Schedule free roof inspections
- Help homeowners through the insurance restoration process
- Represent a respected second-generation company with over 20 years in business
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable talking to people face-to-face
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
Pay Structure:
- Hourly Pay: $17-$25/hour depending on experience and performance
- PLUS commission on closed deals
- Top reps can earn $100,000-$200,000+ annually
