We are seeking a motivated, energetic Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Professional to generate leads and close residential roofing projects. This role involves canvassing neighborhoods, identifying potential customers with roofing needs, conducting inspections, and guiding homeowners through the sales and insurance claims process. The ideal candidate is self-driven, confident, and comfortable working outdoors and interacting directly with homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
Canvass designated neighborhoods to generate new roofing leads
Identify storm-damaged or aging roofs and educate homeowners on repair/replacement options
Schedule and perform roof inspections
Present roofing solutions and company services to homeowners
Assist clients with insurance claim processes when applicable
Prepare and present estimates and contracts
Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain detailed records of leads, appointments, and sales activity
Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
Previous sales experience (door-to-door or roofing sales preferred but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs (training provided)
