I want to share some exciting news about our latest product, which is sure to revolutionize the ATV experience for enthusiasts and professionals alike. We've developed a 100% complete bolt-in kit for converting Polaris ATVs to electric power – and it's patent pending!
Our kit boasts an impressive top speed of 42 mph, a range of 15 to 25 miles, and a quick 4-hour charge time with a 110v charger. One of the standout features is that it retains the original Polaris transmission (not the CVT, which is eliminated), allowing the ATV to have High and Low range while maintaining the 4x4 functionality.
Another fantastic addition is the push-button reverse, making those tedious 12-point turnarounds a breeze. The push button reverse makes plowing snow a breeze. Moreover, the electric power train offers a whisper-quiet operation at low speeds, making it perfect for hunters and nature lovers. The traditional loud ATV roar is replaced with a stealthy, almost silent experience, transforming outdoor adventures into peaceful explorations.
This quiet operation isn't just about respecting nature; it's incredibly practical. Land managers working around livestock, wildlife photographers, or anyone operating in residential areas can now use an ATV without announcing their presence from miles away.
The electric ATV kit eliminates the headache of oil changes, tune ups, air filters, bad starting batteries, and ethanol fuel related problems.
The technical specs of our kit include:
- Motor: QS138 90h v3, water-cooled
- Controller: Fardriver 72680 with Bluetooth, water cooled
- Battery: Revolt RTX-1 Battery, 72v 60ah CATL cells
Our kit is compatible with the following Polaris models:
- 2014 – 2025 Sportsman 450 HO and Sportsman 570 without factory power steering. (Power steering can be retained with an aftermarket EPS Kit)
The kit does not fit:
- Sportsman 800/850/1000 (We are currently working a conversion for the sportsman 800)
- Pre-2014 Sportsman models
- Youth or compact ATVs (e.g., Outlaw, Phoenix)
Additionally, we've developed a kit for the older two-cycle Polaris ATVs. Our prototype was built on a 1995 400 Sportsman. If you have an older Polaris model, feel free to reach out to us – we might be able to help!
