MANTECH seeks a motived, career and customer-oriented Geospial Analyst to join our team in St Louis, MO!
 

The Geospial Analysts for the Airfield Foundion Da program will extract specific feure da in accordance with the customer's da and product specificions, including VO collection within the defined areas around AFD collections.  Activities involve feure extraction (airfield infrastructure), feure analysis, feure validions, da entry, dabase scripting, quality control/assurance and product finishing.
 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Knowledge and understanding of airfield infrastructure such as taxiways, runways, navigional aids, ATC tower, and hangers, to cree AFD products
• Upde and debug Python scripting from older languages such as VBA for AFD product finishing
• Knowledge of Python, VBA, Sybase, Oracle, Oracle Spial, PostgreSQL/PostGIS to run scripts for AFD product finishing
• Work within, manipule, and interact with Geospial Dabase, SQL, Store Procedures, and Triggers
• Use ESRI ArcGIS-feure collection, feure validion, and finishing
• Extract feures from imagery sources
• Use da entry, Microsoft Access dabase and Excel spreadsheets for metrics support
   

Basic Qualificions

• 5+  years of GEOINT experience with the below years being a part of the experience calculion
• GEOINT Educion/Training in lieu of experience:
  • Associe’s degree can be substituted for 2 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree can be substituted for 3 years of experience.
  • Master’s degree can be substituted for 2 years.
  • PhD can be substituted for 3 years.
  • Professional certificions can account for 0.5 years.

• Basic knowledge and understanding of airfield infrastructures such as taxiways, runways, navigional aids, ATC tower, and hangars, to cree AFD products.
• 1+ years of feure collection (points, lines, and areas), feure validion and finishing.
   

Preferred Qualificions

• Understanding of basic geospial principles such as coordine systems (horizontal and vertical), elevion models, and accuracy values.
• Knowledge of imagery, products, processes, and sensors.
• Knowledge of and experience with understanding, reading, and writing XML.
   

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Polygraph
   

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stionary position 50%.
• Must be able to communice, converse, and exchange informion with peers and senior personnel.
