All zippers for doors, flaps, and windows work. All poles are included, but the shock cords are stretched. It does take a little time to set up initially, but after that, it should go pretty quickly. It is helpful to have 2 people.
This pre-owned tent is in nice condition. There are some spots of soiling or stains from usage outdoors. I did not notice any rips or tears. Set up as 2 individual bedrooms or stash excess gear and supplies on the other side. Please look at all photos because I don't have time to set it up again, and I will probably meet you at a neutral location anyway. There are enough stakes to be completely secure to the ground.
