This treadmill can be operated manually whereby you can adjust your speed and incline. It can also be used with one of the several preprogrammed workouts. The lighted panel displays your speed, incline, distance, heart rate, calories and Mets. It works very well. There is an emergency stop cord and a holder for your water bottle, phone and remote control. It works well; we just need the space for a crib when the new grandbaby visits! It is not super quiet like it used to be, which is what TRUE treadmills are known for, but it is not too noisy, I can send you a video for your review. Of course, you can come and try it out before you purchase it. It does have front wheels so you can roll it, and we can take off the stand, but you will need help to get it into your vehicle.
