The Brunswick Sport King is made of a mixture of solid poplar wood, Formica, and laminated walnut. Italian slate 1", 3 pieces, and framed. The table still has its Original Monarch cushions, made from 100% gum rubber. The rails are a laminated Formica in a mahogany stain, with a burn-resistant finish. Rails are 4 1/2" wide wide. Mother of pearl sights. The Sport King has a massive base frame. Solid poplar aprons with a lacquer finish. Four tapered legs with laminated facings. A built in ball rack, holds 20 balls. Internal heavy duty plastic pockets. Aluminum castings on the rails and pockets. This modal was discontinued in 1969.
