Our program is designed to help men transition smoothly into independent living, regain their autonomy, and build an unbreakable foundation for long-term sobriety through peer accountability.📍 Location: South St. Louis Area (Convenient access to public transit & major employment corridors)🌟 WHAT WE OFFER:• Fully furnished home with all utilities included (Gas, Electric, Water, Trash).• High-speed Wi-Fi and on-site laundry facilities provided at no extra cost.• Comfortable, high-accountability shared rooms (Max 2 men per unit).• Close proximity to daily 12-Step / SMART Recovery meetings and outpatient programs.• A clean, respectful, empowering, and family-style living environment.📋 HOUSE REQUIREMENTS & ACCOUNTABILITY:• Must have a sincere, active commitment to continuous sobriety.• Mandatory participation in random, regular drug and alcohol screenings.• Attendance at a minimum of three (3) weekly recovery meetings.• Strict compliance with nightly house curfews (10 PM Sun-Thu / 11 PM Fri-Sat).• Active participation in weekly house meetings and shared chore rotations.• Steady employment (32+ hours/week), enrollment in school, or active IOP participation.💰 FINANCIAL DETAILS:• Move-in Cost: $300 (First week’s program fee of $150 + $150 non-refundable intake fee).• Weekly Program Fee: $150 per week (Due every Friday by 5:00 PM).⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Active substance use is strictly prohibited.
