Pictures show exactly what I have. I bought this brand new in 2012 from Walmart. At the time it was top of the line. During 2020 I spent $180 for a new fan and $20 for a new battery, but only about 100 hours operating time on both since. Originally came with Windows 8, but since upgraded to Windows 10 with most recent updates on 11/12/2023 after I scrubbed all my personal programs and info from it. It's just like a clean machine ready for new user, except none of the pre-built extra's that came with it when I bought it. I remember difficulty getting the fingerprint scanner set up. Search HP.com for the Coolsense program, too. Inside is all clean, no dust. No password needed to boot up. I already set up Admin1 with Administrator Rights so you can create new users.
