Gilbert Erector set, from 1970s, actually two sets, includes motor powered gearbox, additional motor, winch deck, AC power pack, battery case for moveable projects and hundreds of pieces with pulleys, sprockets, wheels, girders and gussets, links, angles, curved plating and more. Makes many many projects-powered and unpowered.
Stored conveniently in a case with drawers and a large top compartment. Requires a little cleanup as it is dusty and some parts have minor easily removable rust. Comes with a lot of project sheets (see photos)
Perfect Christmas gift for the future engineer or builder and makes a great father-son(daughter) do-it-together toy.
