Description:
Heavy duty playhouse that is about 20 years old. Has been used indoors for the last 14 years. The door is big enough for an adult to crawl in to sit-up and play inside. The roof is even sturdy enough that kids climb and play on the roof, though I would not recommend. The kids have outgrown the playhouse and looking to provide the next family with years of inexpensive fun.
Condition:
All the doors and windows open and close. The doorbell still rings. The phone inside is missing the handset. No cracks or breaks in the heavy duty plastic. There is a plastic cutout in the white flip shelf on the bottom side that does affect use. There will be some marker/crayon marks, minor scuffs, and minimally staining from when used outdoors that pressure washing didn’t remove. A few screws are likely missing but does not affect stability and could be replaced.
Disassembly will take just a few minutes with a drill/impact and removing about 12 Phillips screws.
