One eye patch has skull and crossbones on a sparkly gold fabric, the other one is all black with a fabric texture that catches the light.
Both come bundled with Captain Jack Sparrow Johnny Depp paper masks that can cover above the nose.
Similar eye patches sometimes show up on eBay and sell for $13-$15 each, plus shipping +tax. But tmine are nicer looking ones and have the mask too.
