Interested in hiring a well seasoned remodeling carpenter to help manage and complete jobs. Responsibilities would include, but not limited to delegating tasks to other workers on job site. Working through details with project manager/designer/homeowners creating material list, oversee all aspects of job and making sure it is completed in a professional manner.tracking hours of employees and subs. And also working side-by-side with other employees to teach and to get the job done in a timely manner. This is not a job for somebody that has been framing for the last 10 years. It is a job for someone who is well verst in all aspects of the trade from the ground up with a strong emphasis on upper end millwork and finish hardware. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong work ethic, Be very dependable and not have a lot of excuses for why they cannot be on the job site.
