Our mission is to deliver craftsmanship and service that homeowners can trust. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Project Manager to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee remodeling, remediation, and restoration projects from initial planning through final completion. This role involves coordinating crews, subcontractors, and suppliers while keeping projects on time, on budget, and up to our high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple residential projects (mostly remodeling, with a minor emphasis in remediation & restoration projects).
Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, keeping them informed and reassured throughout the project.
Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and materials procurement.
Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure timely and quality execution.
Conduct regular job site visits to inspect progress, safety, and workmanship.
Handle unexpected issues, change orders, or delays with quick, effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Provide regular status reports to company leadership.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management within residential remodeling, construction, or restoration.
Knowledge of construction methods, remediation processes, and building codes.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead multiple crews and subcontractors effectively.
Tech-savvy with project management software, scheduling tools, and job tracking apps. We currently use Job-Nimbus for our CRM.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, clean criminal record and able to pass a drug test.
Preferred:
Experience in home remodeling
Familiarity with insurance projects (water remediation, fire restoration, hail & wind damage claims)
Degree or certification in construction management (or equivalent field experience, minimum of 10 years in remodeling, construction or restoration).
