Local property management company is looking for an experienced painting contractor/vendor for interior and exterior painting work across our St. Louis rental portfolio. This is not a one-off — we manage a large number of single-family homes and have steady, recurring painting work available for the right crew.
WHAT WE NEED:
• Interior repaint turns between tenants
• Wall, ceiling, trim, and door painting
• Drywall patching and prep work prior to paint
• Exterior painting and touch-ups (siding, trim, fascia, porches)
• Stain and seal work as needed
• Ability to identify and flag water damage, drywall issues, or surface prep concerns
• Clean, professional finish work with proper masking and protection
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Insured contractors (GL coverage required; please confirm)
• Proven residential painting experience — references or photos of past work
• Ability to provide written estimates with itemized materials + labor
• Reliable communication and turnaround — we work on tenant timelines
• Own tools, sprayers, ladders, and transportation
• Comfortable working at vacant and occupied single-family properties
