What We’re Looking For:
Helpers: reliable, willing to learn, and able to follow direction
Carpenters: 1+ year experience in remodeling/carpentry (more experience = higher pay)
Must have reliable transportation and show up on time
Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
Team players with a good attitude
Pay & Benefits:
$15–$25/hr starting (based on role & experience)
Up to $40/hr for well-qualified carpenters
Flexible schedule – part-time or full-time available
