Amazon Relay is the freight the driver will be transporting in a 26 foot box truck.
Responsibilities:
• Transport goods and materials to various post offices locations safely and efficiently.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure it is safe to operate.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments
Qualifications:
• Valid Non-CDL driver's license (Class E)
• DOT Physical (which the company will pay for.
• Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic violations
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
