We Do Not Make Promises; We Write It and Live It! We are going to do that by:
1) "Take Care of Families and Make Money!" We are starting out with a small foot print - 3 or 4 trucks and move to 7 or 8 by December 2019. The reason is - making sure we always have money to get EVERYONE paid on time and making CAREERS, not a jobs.
2) Secondly, we are assisting in LP units under 500K miles with at least 12 months / 100K mile warranty. These will be 2014 or Newer Freightliners and, in some cases, (by buyer choice) Pro Star with Cummins Power (only) and extended coverage. We have talked to Lone Mountain, Selectrucks of KC, and TCI, Foristell, MO about the equipment. Truck payments will not exceed $2000 a month - all in!!!
3) Pay - we have budgeted 2750 miles x $2.18 per mile x 80% to the LP or OO = $4800 at 46 weeks (vacations, sick, break downs, Holidays).
a. The first 10 weeks is making not breaking - take home pay is about $1038 per week to the Operator (truck)
b. The 11th week - after Down Payment(s) for Insurance and Plates are taken care of - it goes to $1889 per week to the Operator (truck)
4) Honesty and Integrity - We have written our contracts to SPELL out what we say and mean. Driver doesn't get started with 80% to the truck only to see your Statement at 75% or 72% - "because you didn't understand what that charge was!"
