Position: Shop Foreman
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and coordinate daily shop operations
Oversee repair and maintenance of RVs, cars, and trucks
Ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with standards
Mentor and train technicians
Schedule workflow, parts, and service orders
Requirements:
Extensive hands-on experience with RVs, cars, and trucks
Proven leadership/foreman experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot, plan, and manage multiple projects
Valid driver’s license
