12% Commission
Cargo Insurance: $350/week
ELD: $45/month
Trailer Rent: $250/week (if needed)
Option 2:
22% Commission (includes Cargo Insurance, Trailer Rent, and ELD)

Level 1 DOT Inspection: $500
Level 2 DOT Inspection: $300
Level 3 DOT Inspection: $150
