I have a standard version disk console that won't power on or turn on basically. So for anyone out there who is a Technician or has a profession in the field of Information Technology etc. I'm giving it up to you for this fair price so that it can be use for you to I don't know salvage it for spare parts needed for your work or attempting to fix it yourself at your own expense of acquiring the necessary parts needed in order to fix this. I know the picture doesn't show it but the charging/power cables and controller are still included with it. The current price shown here is negotiable to be lowered if you want to just call me to the number listed on here and we'll talk more about it!
This console is having an issue with the main board due to a power surge causing and initial short on the main power management chip, after replacing this chip on the board the device had the same issue of not receiving power. Several points on the board was found to be shorted after the second test on the board that was not seen previously rather than just a short on the power management and surrounding capacitors testing now shown that there was several Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor with rows of capacitors showing to be shorted that did not have a read previously, in this instance these points of the board would not get a read on power due to the Power Management Chip not getting the initial read on power so no further point could be read for shorts. In some cases though when changing a shorted components if all shorted components haven't been changed then a surge of power could cause more possible shorts. After changing the power management I saw several points on the board had a short show through testing, now not all shorted rows of components have to be changed, in order to find the Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor, Fuse, Resistor or Capacitor that is shorted just apply a low amount of voltage with a multi-meter and the the area with a thermal camera to identify the component that heats up more than the rest, when the component is identified it is good practice to replace that component along with any nearby fuse. This console reads 7 shorted capacitors along side the power management chip and more than 12 shorted components throughout the board which each shorted capacitor and Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor has not yet been identified. So again you are free to look into this repair if you believe it is cost effective with time otherwise this deep sale is for so that you can cover the other parts without fear! Although repair costs may exceed the current market value of this console due to repair timing alone!
