Charm Lite Gas Light Conversion to 12volt Tail Lights Bracket

Looking for the mounting bracket for a converted yard light that has two standard 12 volt BA15s sockets in it for 1156 tail light bulbs to simulate a gas light look.
It looks like the very top part of the picture I have attached except it has the tail light sockets in it. And it is made of plastic and screws onto the existing pipe from the old gas light.
These conversion kits were popular in the '60s and '70s. I don't need the dawn to dusk sensor that came with most of them, just the bulb bracket.
