I have a whirlpool gold black side by side refrigerator. 20 years old.

The freezer doesn't defrost anymore.

THERE IS NO MODEL NUMBER ANYWHERE ON THE REFRIGERATOR

So people have said its hard to get a part without a model number.

I need to find someone who can possibly figure out the part.

I also know its 1 or 3 things that can be the issue but im willing to pay for the part u pick like the one someone disconnected in the picture.

Also no one has ever cut the wires to see which part it actually is that is not working.

I am willing to pay for someone to test the parts. I'm at Hanley and Page
