Optimist International is expanding and improving our online presence, and we need a part-time digital media coordinator to help get us there. This position will assist our organization in retaining audience involvement and developing enthusiasm for the Optimist International brand while attracting prospective members to our organization.

Regular duties will include:
--Creating engaging and informative content for social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube.
--Monitoring social media engagement and tracking audience responses.
--Manage social media calendar, timing posts for maximum audience exposure and engagement.
--Assist in creating content for new storytelling website.
--Assist in producing live coverage of special events and conferences.
--Produce email newsletters for a variety of internal audiences.
--Additional administrative tasks as assigned.
--Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to write for a variety of audiences across different channels.
--Experience with business social media accounts.
--Experience in marketing, public relations or nonprofit communications preferred.
--Video skills a plus.
--Ability to manage multiple projects across a variety of platforms and for different departments.
